Experienced insurance professional with a background in commercial and personal lines, client servicing. Well-versed in AMS360 and other agency management systems, working with carriers such as Mercury, Progressive, AmTrust, and BTIS.
Prior experience includes certificate processing for a large brokerage, managing client requests, endorsements, and renewals. Previously worked at a smaller agency, handling both personal and commercial lines, processing certificates, endorsements, and cold calling. Managed accounts with premiums ranging from $2K for personal lines to $200K-$300K for commercial clients, including fleet, contractors, gas stations, and real estate agencies.
Additional experience in a CSR role on the carrier side, binding new policies, issuing endorsements, handling client inquiries, and processing payments in a remote capacity. Extensive customer service background, handling high call volumes, processing policy requests, and working with multiple carriers.
Looking for direct hire paying $60-63k per year.
